What is the ideal size of the workshop?
For this workshop, we recommend a group size of 6-8 individuals, with a cap of 12 participants. It's imperative to have representation from all primary stakeholders who are closely involved with customer experience interactions. We aim to include at least one key stakeholder from each of the following departments: sales, administration, client success, fulfillment, delivery, and finance. Additionally, the CEO's presence is required.
What is the ideal format for the 2-day workshop?
The workshop spans two days and can be scheduled consecutively or on separate days, but we advise completing both within a two-week timeframe. Companies have taken varied approaches, such as hosting one day on a Friday and the next on the following Friday, or choosing days that fit their standard operating procedures. For instance, some opt for a Wednesday and then Thursday setup. The key is to align the scheduling with times when teams have ample availability for focused, uninterrupted work.
What can we expect from the workshop?
Following the PDCA process, the initial step involves comprehending the current state through the Goods and Information Flow analysis. Hence, the objective of the two-day workshop is to establish your company’s goods and information flow, termed as Your Company Way.

The most effective way for clients to collaborate with me is by participating in the workshop, undergoing process retraining, and then initiating a complete PDCA improvement cycle with my guidance. Essentially, the workshop serves as a platform for you to initiate the activity and independently execute it. Once you've completed the retraining, if you desire further assistance to enhance and expedite your results, that's when teams typically enlist my support for a period of 6 months to navigate through all eight steps of the PDCA process.
